AdviceFit ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our platform.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard security protocols.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, subject to confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law.
A gym owner can turn on location-based check-in. At such a gym, AdviceFit reads your device's precise location only when you tap Check In, in the AdviceFit app or on our website. We do not read or track your location in the background or at any other time. Gyms that have not turned this feature on never receive your location.
When you check in, we send your latitude, longitude, the accuracy your device reports, the time of the reading, your device type, and a random identifier for your installation of the app. Our servers use this only to confirm that you are within your gym's check-in area. The result is recorded with each check-in attempt, whether it is accepted or declined, so the gym can resolve check-in problems and prevent misuse. Your coordinates can be seen only by your gym's owner and by authorised AdviceFit staff for support and security. They are not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for analytics.
To set the check-in area, a gym owner may record the location of the gym's premises using their own device's location.
Location access is always your choice. If you decline or later turn it off in your device settings, you will not be able to use self check-in at that gym, but you can still check in at the front desk or on the gym's attendance device. Location records are kept and deleted in the same way as your other attendance records (see Data Retention).
Some AdviceFit insights are computed on AdviceFit infrastructure. If a gym enables optional AI plan generation, the values entered for height, weight, fitness goal, diet preference, and workout frequency are sent to the configured AI service to generate a draft plan. The generation prompt does not include the member's name, contact details, or AdviceFit member ID. A trainer or authorized gym user must review the draft before assigning it.
When analytics is configured and you allow it, AdviceFit may use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager to measure page views, page titles, campaign parameters, and categories of demo, pricing, WhatsApp, phone, or email link clicks. We intentionally do not send enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, or free-text messages in these analytics events.
Where an advertising campaign is running and you allow it, we may also load the Meta pixel to measure page views and whether an advertisement led to a demo request or a WhatsApp, phone, or email contact. The same restriction applies: no name, email address, phone number, business name, or free-text message is sent to it. Declining, or withdrawing consent below, prevents these tools from loading at all.
A successful enquiry stores its landing page, referrer, visit time, UTM values, and Google and Meta advertising click identifiers in the enquiry submitted to AdviceFit. This attribution is held in memory during the current site visit before submission. Your analytics preference is stored in your browser so the site can respect it.

We retain your personal information for as long as you have an active account with AdviceFit to provide the services you requested. We also retain data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you request the deletion of your account or personal data, we will remove your information from our active databases within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to keep (such as financial records).
